During this phase of care, our patients will be able to practice what they learned in treatment in a real life setting while still being able to utilize clinical therapy and community sober supports.
Patients who have progressed in their treatment through our Partial Hospitalization Program will then be able to transition into our Intensive Outpatient Program. During this phase, most patients choose to live at New Path Wellness Center, a supportive environment for independent recovery living.

The IOP phase is specifically designed to help patients transition to everyday activities like work, school, or family care, while continuing to take ownership of their recovery process. During this phase, patients will spend at least 9 hours a week in a structured, supportive group setting led by licensed professionals
